THE PROGRAM

The experience will take place on Wednesday 10 August.

Guests will be welcomed on the panoramic terrace of the Hic et Nunc winery, a fantastic construction built into a cut in the hill and set out over three floors, designed to be a journey into the heart of local wine production. From here, the guided tour of the “transparent” winery will begin at 7.30 pm, to discover the native wines of the Monferrato area.

At 8 pm, a tasting of three Hic et Nunc wines, accompanied by delicious finger food. The wines included in the tasting are as follows:

Pandemonio – A Brut Rosè spumante made with the prince of Piedmont grapes. A wine of exceptional freshness and intense fragrance, characterised by a flavour and minerality that render it an extremely persistent spumante.
Monolite – Hic et Nunc’s Piemonte DOC Cortese with a notable richness and, at the same time, an excellent balance of fruit and freshness. A wine that conquers with its fresh flavour and marked acidity.
Femminile Singolare – The most classic version of the Barbera del Monferrato DOC. An enveloping and full-bodied red wine that goes straight to the heart, thanks to an innate elegance and a flavour that is always extremely pleasant.

The heart of this romantic experience will begin at 9 pm, with a guided session of stargazing by Astronomitaly.

DISCOVERING THE STARS

The August meteor shower as you have never seen it.

Thanks to the participation of a professional operator from Astronomitaly, guests will be guided on a session of astronomical orienteering with the aid of laser pointers, followed by stargazing with a professional telescope.

An unmissable opportunity to discover close up the mysteries of the cosmos and the beauty that the night sky is capable of offering; the Moon, the planets Saturn and Jupiter, the bright stars of the Summer Triangle composed of Vega, Deneb and Altair, and lastly the wonderful double star Albireo.

Guests will also have the opportunity to capture these marvels with their smartphones, thanks to an original photographic session, allowing them to obtain a magical memento of the experience.
