The grapes come from a fairly young vineyard planted to the north to encourage slower bunch ripening allowing the variety's aromas to express themselves best and most intensely.
"Felem" is the result of a short maceration on the skins and a long aging in steel tanks on the lees.
On tasting, "Felem" presents itself with a fruity and mineral character, intoxicating to the palate and nose. Ripe fruit aromas blend elegantly with mineral nuances, creating an inviting and engaging combination.
