Mète is produced with the Martinotti-Charmat method; temperature-controlled re-fermentation in autoclave and ageing over yeasts for 9 months.

A Brut Rosè with a fine perlage, floral and fruity aromas, fresh flavour, unique taste.

    Pale pink colour, fine and persistent perlage. Floral bouquet, red berry fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and savoury, enriched by hints of red fruit that give it a pleasant softness.
