On Sunday 16 June, the Hic et Nunc winery will become the site of an exciting treasure hunt with wine tasting. After the success of the previous editions, we decided to repeat the experience in the vineyards of the estate, to discover the flavors and the territory of Monferrato.

The experience includes:

A tour of the Hic et Nunc winery

Tasting of 3 Hic et Nunc wines

Chopping board of local gastronomic delicacies

Treasure hunt with final prize

PROGRAM

The event will take place on Sunday 16 June.

It starts from the vineyards at 3.00 pm: the participants, divided into groups, will have to reconstruct, through clues, our “giant” bottles whose pieces will be hidden between the cellar and the vineyards.

Each group will be constantly guided by the Cellar staff, who will provide valuable information to identify the pieces and win the treasure hunt! The winning group will receive a nice gift.

The experience ends with a tasting of three Hic et Nunc labels on the beautiful panoramic terrace of the winery. The wines of the tasting:

Pandemonio – The Brut Rosé quality sparkling wine by Hic et Nunc with a gentle and immediate character. Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, it captures the taste thanks to a freshness typical of the variety.
Mè Frel – The Monferrato wine DOC. It conquers the nose with its delicate and persistent perfume with fine floral notes. It differs in taste thanks to a balanced freshness and savouriness, accompanied by a good persistence.
Femminile Singolare – The most classic version of Barbera del Monferrato DOC, a “lady” with an always pleasant drink and a strong personality. Hints of cherry and red fruits with special spicy notes for a full-bodied red wine with an enveloping character.

 Trustindex verifica che la fonte originale della recensione sia Google. Abbiamo organizzato un aperitivo last minute lontano dal caos nel giorno di Pasquetta, e non poteva esserci scelta più azzeccata.
La cantina è immersa nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato sulle vigne e sulle colline attorno;ci sono posti sia all' interno che all' esterno, dove è possibile rilassarsi bevendo un bicchiere di buon vino.
A rendere tutto più speciale è stata la figura del sommelier: gentile, preparato, educato, simpatico, riesce a trasmettere tutto l' amore e la passione che ha per questo lavoro a chi ha di fronte.
Si può fare anche una passeggiata tra i vigneti, così da vedere da più vicino la realtà del posto. All' interno del locale ci sono delle vetrate che consentono di vedere com'è fatta la cantina.
È consigliata la prenotazione dal sito internet, dove si può scegliere tra le varie esperienze che offrono.
È stata una bella scoperta, una bella occasione per staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano. Ci torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Posto bellissimo, magico
Tutto molto curato anche la spiegazione dell enologa, molto brava e paziente nel spiegare la storia della nascita del posto e ovviamente del vino. Peccato la giornata nuvolosa ma è un buon proposito per tornarci in primavera, molto volentieri!
