Fruity, creamy, rich, persistent, and excellently fresh.

VINIFICATION

Metodo Classico.

AGEING

Tirage in the summer following harvest. Aging on the lees for at least 24 months.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

6-8 °C.

FOOD PAIRING
