Vinification and soft pressing of whole bunches with cooling of the grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 7 days using selected yeasts.
90% in steel on its lees ,10% in 2,25 hl barrique
Color straw-yellow. Very intense, fresh fruit and white flowerswith notes of pear and peach. Fresh to the palate, with nice acidity; sapid and smooth.
